FREE standard shipping on all orders of $350 or more (excluding taxes) in Canada.
All shipping rates are subject to applicable taxes in Canada.
**Any order containing items with large dimensions or heavy weight exceeding standard delivery, may be subject to additional shipping charges.**
Orders received Monday to Friday will be shipped the next business day. You will receive an email once your order has shipped.
You may be contacted if your order contains any items that are backordered. Re-stocking is fast and varies according to the goods, usually no more than 14 days.
Once your order has shipped it should take 1-3 business days to arrive. Remote areas may require additional time for delivery. Please note, our carriers currently do not deliver to postal boxes (P.O. Box).
Back Orders
Sometimes merchandise has sold out before being restocked. As a convenience, you can still order the backordered items, and we'll ship them to you as soon as we can, usually no more than 14 days. Re-stocking is fast and varies according to the goods.
If your order contains a mix of in-stock items and backordered items, we may contact you to confirm whether you wish to wait for the backordered items or have the order divided. You may also leave a message in the notes section of your shopping cart, to only delay backordered items. Additional delivery costs may apply.
Damaged Shipment
If your shipment is damaged in transit, please keep the original shipping box and follow these instructions to replace your order:
E-mail or call to let us know what happened; don't forget to include your order number and contact information. We will advise you of additional steps/procedures that will be required.
Please do NOT return the order yourself. This may delay your transaction.
30 Day Return for Refund or Exchange
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we will gladly refund or exchange your order within 30 days of receipt.
For sanitary health concerns, we only accept the return of products that are sealed or unopened in their original packaging.

HOW TO RETURN:
Contact us by email or phone with your order number and item(s) to be refunded or exchanged.
• We may require you to return the item(s) by mail if you are outside our local region.
• We are not responsible for returns lost during shipping. We recommend a tracking number when possible.
• We will email you within 5 business days of receiving your package to confirm your return. Once your return is received, a refund will be issued or you will receive an email when your exchange has shipped.
