The chances of winning will rely on the number of eligible entries.
Other Prize Claim Conditions – To be declared a winner, the selected entrant as an eligible winner must do the following :
i) respond to the Sponsor's designated agent's notice before the end of the year;
ii) correctly answer, within the time indicated, without assistance of any kind, mechanical, electronic or otherwise, a mathematical skill-testing question that the designated agent of the Contest Sponsor will put to him at a mutually convenient time;
iii) otherwise comply with these Official Rules.
If a potential winner does not respect these conditions, he will be excluded and will lose the prize. The Contest Sponsor may then, at its option, select by random draw another eligible entrant that the Contest Sponsor or its representatives will attempt to contact and who may be similarly excluded. The Contest Sponsor will not be responsible for any unsuccessful attempts to notify the potential winner.
The prize must be accepted as awarded and can not be replaced, transferred, exchanged or assigned for cash.
The Contest Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to postpone the prize draw. Contest Sponsor will not be held liable for late, lost, damaged, misdirected, truncated, garbled, illegible or incomplete entries or requests without purchase. Proof of transmission (screenshots, for example) does not constitute proof of receipt. The Contest Parties assume no responsibility for any Contestant's inability to enter the Contest for any reason or for prizes that are not claimed or awarded.
If accepting a prize, a winner consents to the use of his/her name, city/province of residence, voice and comments on the Contest or the Contest Sponsor and the use of photographs or other representations of their person, without further compensation, notice or permission, in connection with any advertising message or campaign of the Contest Sponsor or any entity related to the Contest Sponsor in any media, without limitation.
