We always choose the fastest delivery method available for your area. Once your order has shipped it should take 1-3 business days to arrive.

What to do with promotional codes?

A promotional code is entered during check out. Some codes may be combined, unless otherwise stated upon checkout.

How do I register?

Please follow your local regulations and submit the required documentation for trained and licensed beauty professionals.

What happens when items are out of stock?

A backorder—the order will wait until all items arrive, unless you advise us to divide the order. Additional delivery costs may apply.
